Guide for Authors

These guidelines help you prepare and submit your manuscript to our journal. Following our requirements ensures a smooth review process and helps maintain the quality of published research.

1 Manuscript Submission

All manuscripts must be submitted online through our submission portal. Before submission, please ensure that your manuscript complies with all requirements outlined in these guidelines.

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • All authors should have reviewed and approved the final version.
  • Submissions must include all required files and forms.
  • Any conflicts of interest must be disclosed.
2 Title Page
  • Include the full title of the article.
  • List the names of all authors with their institutional affiliations.
  • Provide the corresponding author's name, email address, and full postal address.
  • Add a short running title (up to 60 characters).
3 Article Structure

Organize your manuscript into clearly labeled sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.

  • Use consistent heading levels throughout.
  • Number all sections and subsections.
4 Article Types

We accept several types of articles, including Original Research, Review Articles, Short Communications, and Case Studies. Please indicate the article type during submission.

5 Tables and Figures
  • Number tables and figures consecutively in the order they appear in the text.
  • Provide a clear, descriptive caption for each.
  • Ensure all figures are of sufficient resolution for print.
6 Statements and Declarations

Authors must include statements on funding, conflicts of interest, ethical approval, and data availability at the end of the manuscript.

7 References
  • Use a consistent citation style throughout the manuscript.
  • Verify that every in-text citation has a corresponding entry in the reference list.
  • Include DOIs where available.
8 Copyright Agreement

Corresponding authors must sign and submit a Copyright Transfer Agreement before publication. The form is available in the Templates and Forms section.
